IntegraLife International Limited “IntegraLife” is part of the Integrated Financial Arrangements “IntegraFin” group of companies. IntegraFin introduced the first UK wrap service, Transact, in 1999.
IntegraLife issue the Transact Offshore Bond, one of the wide range of wrap products offered by the IntegraFin group.
In common with all wraps provided by the group, the Offshore Bond provides access to a comprehensive range of funds via the Transact Platform for advisers and their clients. In harnessing technology and systems developed and pioneered in Australia, where wraps were originally developed, the group has gone from strength to strength to become a market leader in the UK wrap sector.
As at September 2020 Transact has over £52 billion of funds under direction and over 208,000 client portfolios.
